2006 Award Winner - Hollywood Hills California
This CEDIA International Award Winning theater was created inside an existing space on the lower level of a multi-story house. To allow for three seating levels Future Home encouraged the client to cut the existing floor slab and create the lowered front level. The interior was designed by Theo Kalimorakis of TK Theaters in New York City. The side wall columns inside the overall room space provide a sense of drama and define the viewing area.

Future Home was honored with the cover story of Audio Video Interiors featuring this elegant private theater. Future Home designed this theater with PSardo Interiors to match the feel and history of this 1920's era Beverly Hills estate. This modern castle, now a registered department of interior landmark home, entertained many grand parties in the Golden age of Hollywood. In that tradition, this dedicated theater has hosted Presidents, World leaders and the Hollywood elite.

28 Days! That is how long it took to install this CEDIA International Award Winning theater interior. From plywood room to watching movies, Future Home and the magic of First Impressions Theme of Florida installed the complete theater in under one month. The room was the first design and 3-D renderings provided to the client for his approval. Once the final and complete design was approved the entire room was built at F.I. Florida facility. Once built, it was disassembled and then trucked to Los Angeles where it was re-assembled in less than two weeks. The audience enjoys movies over 11' wide.
