In most cases after hour support requests are quickly resolved remotely in minutes. But if necessary we will send a senior technician. We realize you are most likely to use your system in the evenings or weekends and in the company of friends and family. So once your system is complete you will be provided with direct phone numbers of our principal and senior staff.
